Coastal is committed to providing the most comprehensive and efficient assistance that we can provide our customers.  For your use, we have compiled a number of the most frequently asked questions and some troubleshooting guides so that you can quickly resolve any problems that arise.  If you are a current or past customer, and would like to submit comments regarding our services, please fill out our evaluation.

Our technical operating hours are from 8 am - 3 pm Eastern Standard Time.  When calling, please have ready your Coastal account number, instrument name and serial number, your pc information, and specifics relating to the problem.  Preferrably, have your instrument hooked up and running with your pc.

If it is recommended that you return the instrument to Coastal, please include a packing list stating your company's name, the instrument number, and the reason for the return.  Don't forget to insure the instrument while shipping.
